Today June 20 was the first day
I wore this shoe and I was really surprised how comfy it is.
Usually my feet hurt an hour after wearing new shoes and today
they did not. I was also surprised that my feet did not sweat
like most shoes make them. My ankle did not bother me either
and I did not limp around on sore feet all day like with other
shoes. I saw the shoe in a Crocs catalog and ordered the size
I wear in other styles, but it was too tight to wear with
socks. I found them on Shoebuy.com and got a size larger with
a discount along with free shipping! They have become one of
my favorite pair of shoes. They are enclosed and have nubuck
on top (which is why they don't stretch as much). They are
nice looking and look great with pants. I like the looks of
this style of Crocs. Much more like a "real" shoe. I was
pleasantly suprised to find that these have a much
better-defined arch than the Mary Jane, Cayman or Off-Road,
(Mary Jane being the least supportive) which I have also
tried. Also, the heel comes up higher, so I don't feel I need
to use the ankle strap like on the other styles. (I don't like
shoes that slip off my feet easily). A bit warmer, with no
ventilation - I think I'll save them for the cooler months. |
