The Troika is a really nice
shoe. The band of suede allows your foot to breathe while
still keeping water out. Your foot also sits a little higher
to help with winter slush or spring rain puddles. It looks
less clunky than a typical Croc's style, which makes them more
versatile. Good purchase. I live in Cleveland, work in health
care which means that am almost always on my feet at work and
when I'm not at work, in snow or freezing rain during the
winter months. That being said, I purchased the Troikas.
Initially, the top of the shoe seemed somewhat "hard" which
differs from my other Crocs. It took was seemed to be a week
for it to soften, making them more comfortable. If you live in
a climate which lends itself to having slippery conditions,
certainly look at the Troika.
I love Crocs and my best shoes
are the Troikas. They help alleviate my plantar faciitus pain.
With almost no pain, they are my walking shoes at church and
at shopping. I bought these shoes because I wanted something
comfortable that I could wear with dress casual pants. I'm
very pleased with this product overall -- the problem is with
ME. I wear a 7.5, and Crocs only come in whole sizes. I went
with the smaller size, 7, and found that if I'm wearing the
back strap the shoes are too small. I put the back strap on
the front of the shoe, and I can wear them all day! They are
great! |
